(these rules expire 9/20/19)
1) Keeper Rule
a. Pick 3 Players from your previous season’s final roster.
b. 1 of these keepers is a mandatory first round pick
c. The player’s previous year’s draft pick round will represent the round in which you keep the player for this year. For example, if you choose to pick Player A that was drafted in the 8thround in the previous year, he will be your 8thround pick for the current draft.
d. If you choose to keep a player for a second straight year, then Yahoo!’s O-Rank will be the round in which you draft that player. For example, if you are keeping Player A for the second straight year and Yahoo! O-Rank for the upcoming season has him ranked 1 – 14, then he will be your first round draft pick. 15 – 29 (2ndround), 30 – 44 (3rdround) and so forth
e. You may keep a player for three straight years in a row. After three straight years, you may not keep that player.
f. If a keeper is traded, and that team receiving the keeper wants to keep him, then the ruling will revert back to the original previous year’s pick [rule 1c]. The clock starts over and that keeper may be kept for up to 3 years.
g. Keeping an undrafted player will be your 15thround pick
h. If you choose a keeper and don’t have that draft pick for that round OR have two keepers in the same draft round, one of the keepers will be picked in the previous round. Keeper draft position will be chosen by O-Rank. You will not benefit from choosing a keeper in the same round. For example, you choose to pick two keepers designated to be kept in the 15thround. The keeper with the lower O-Rank will be kept in the 14thround and the other the 15thround.
i. If you traded draft picks and want to keep a keeper in a round in which you traded that pick, you will have to keep that player in an earlier round OR readjust your keeper strategy. In sum, if you don’t have the round in which you want to keep someone and don’t want to keep that player in an earlier round, then you don’t keep him.
j. Picking up someone off waivers has no effect on when you keep them. Still results in when they were drafted.
2) Trading Draft Picks
a. Any team may trade up to two draft picks during the season.
b. No team may trade 1stround draft picks
3) Play-off Tie Breaker – Head to head match-up

5) 1stand 2ndplace teams draft divisions (2019)
6) Current ante – $200 + $50 retainer. The commissioner has a $50 dollar retainer from each team. This is to keep the integrity of the league.
a. If you choose to leave the league and can find a player for your team, you get the retainer back.
b. If you leave a team in shambles and can’t find someone to fill it, the new manager will receive the retainer and buy the team at a discount.
c. In either scenario, the new manager will have to submit a retainer.
d. The retainer will be proportionate to the entry fee and may be subject to change as the pot grows
7) Payouts – 1st – $1,400; 2nd – $500; 3rd – $200; Best Record – $500; Other Division Winner – $200
a. Both Division winners will receive the top playoff seed.
